Types of Anesthesia
There are four main categories of anesthesia used during surgery and other procedures: general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, sedation (sometimes call "监控ed anesthesia care"), and local anesthesia. Sometimes patients may choose which type of anesthesia will be used.
